Companies see the street address after they claim the request.
A wall that has to be done before opening is a normal mural installation job, and it still falls apart when the wall size never gets written down. Oriole takes that on the first ring and holds the lift window.

Operators on the $99 Lite plan get one seat and their own phones. Local requests inside the radius they set start after the plan is paid. A company can pass any request. The street address is shown after the claim.
This site is a demo of that line for mural installation. The local company still does the work.
